According to John the Evangelist, Jesus first calls the disciples 'friends' after washing their feet at the Last Supper. Sharing the Good News with others, the good news of how my life has been enriched and fulfilled in relationship with Christ and his Church can be challenging work. It can also be filled with profound joy and deep satisfaction. The Spiritus Leaders Network is the place to find the friendship, the fellowship, of other disciples, other good women and men committed to a ministry of leadership and service in the Church.
It's worth noting that Jesus sent disciples out two by two. Too often we think of ministry as something 'I' am called to with my unique gifts rather than as something I am called to with others, uniquely gifted together for the seemingly impossible task before us. This online community will be grounded in real life but also real online encounters and relationships. All we do, humbly but generously, is to commit to join together, support each other, share with each other and learn together.
